Reference ‘the Waterfall mailbox’ when ordering.  Ask for current pricing and shipping costs.

New Homeowners who wish to have the mail delivered to their street address should check with the post office about mail delivery.  There are several streets inside the development where the mailman would have to turn around and no mail is delivered to those addresses.  Instead, there is a common mail box post that complies with the post office requirements where the individual boxes can be placed.

Some of the affected streets are Park View, Magnolia Place and Fair View Dr.

Residents who own Villas at 227 Lake Vista have a common mailbox located on the ground floor of the Villa building.  Check with the local post office to get a key.
