Welcome to the ARC Forms & Project Approval Guide

We’re excited to support you as you make improvements or start new projects in our community! To help everything go smoothly, we’ve outlined the forms and steps required for different types of projects.

• New Construction: If you’re building a new home, the process begins by sharing a photo or drawing of your proposed plan with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). From there, you’ll submit Form A first, followed by the remaining forms in order as your project progresses.

• Home Modifications: If you’re planning an update to your existing home—such as adding a cover to your deck, repainting trim, or making other exterior changes—you’ll need to complete and submit the Modification Form H for ARC review.

• Tree Removal Request: If you have trees that you would like removed use Form K - Tree Removal Request & Criteria. 

Please note that the ARC is made up of community volunteers who are dedicated to reviewing requests thoughtfully and fairly. The Committee has a 30-day review window, so it’s always best to submit your forms early and have approval in hand before scheduling your project start date. While we do our best to respond quickly, last-minute requests can’t always be accommodated.
